Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products and services purchased from Neckpure may be returned or cancelled.

1. Physical Products

Physical products, such as the Evening Habit Journal, may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Dutch consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable guides and audio collections, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, these products are non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the files have been delivered.

3. Consultation Services

Consultation program bookings may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled session: no refund, but rescheduling may be offered
  • Unused sessions in a multi-week program may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have been attended

5. Return Shipping

For physical product returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
